rhn-client-tools software package provides Red Hat Network Client Tools, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install rhn-client-tools
rhn-client-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the rhn-client-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep rhn-client-tools *
You will get with rhn-client-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
